Strict TABC Compliance: Regal Rooms strictly enforces all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) laws. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking, providing alcohol to minors, or carrying outside alcohol into the licensed premises.

Right to Refuse Service / Ejection: In compliance with TABC regulations, our staff will refuse alcohol service to, or eject, any individual who appears visibly intoxicated or behaves disruptively. Ejections will be executed immediately without liability or refund.

 

ID Requirements: You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol. No exceptions will be made.

Zero-Tolerance Conduct: Regal Rooms is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will result in immediate removal and a permanent venue ban.

Security Search Consent: All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. Entry into the venue constitutes absolute consent to searches of bags, clothing, and person.

Bag Policy: Large bags and backpacks are strictly prohibited. Small bags, clutches, and purses are subject to search by venue security.

​

Prohibited Items: No weapons of any kind (including pocket knives), outside food or beverages, illegal substances, drugs, paraphernalia, or laser pointers are allowed.

Smoking & Vaping: Regal Rooms is a non-smoking facility. Vaping and smoking are strictly forbidden inside. Designated smoking areas are located strictly outside the venue.

Lost & Found / Personal Property: Regal Rooms is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property inside or outside the premises. Attendees are solely responsible for keeping track of their belongings (such as phones, wallets, keys, and apparel). Unclaimed items turned into our Lost & Found will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being donated or discarded.
