We'll start with  an opening circle to connect and set expectations, then immediately move into healing session followed by magical day for your consciousness to reset & allow your vibrations to rise with the day experiences.

Mini Morning  Retreat {Tentative} Flow: We’ll have a variety of classes including: Slow Flow, mini-workshop, Meditation and Painting,  Breathwork, and Sound Bath.
