Sly Curtis is an elite, 13-piece all-star funk orchestra composed of some of Austin’s finest local musicians. Mashing together the heavy, brass-infused psychedelic grooves of Sly and the Family Stone with the smooth, politically conscious Chicago soul of Curtis Mayfield, this massive ensemble delivers a wall of sound that will shake the room. Featuring a roaring horn section and electrifying multi-vocal harmonies, they bring timeless masterpieces like "Dance to the Music", "Everyday People", "Move On Up", and "Superfly" to life.
